Most of you probably know I love to enjoy a scratch-made meal, just as long as I'm not the one who cooked it ;) 92% of the time it's my sweet German hubby who cooks, and that's because we'd rather not eat my overly toasted chicken. If it wasn't for him I'd still be living off gf ramen style noodles and takeout...

So what's a gluten-free gal to do to nourish her body on the go? For me, it's all about super snacks, or little superfood powered meals. This one's for all my photographer friends &  #mintedbride's looking for handy snacks to keep the energy up on a wedding day!
